For over two decades, I've been blessed to witness the profound journey of souls awakening to their own wisdom. My path has led me to serve as a teacher and mentor in an ashram in France, run a yoga centre in Heidelberg, Germany, and guide international programmes across Germany, the UK, France, and the Netherlands.
Through these years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside countless individuals on their paths of transformation, each one carrying their unique light. Every soul I've encountered has deepened my understanding of the journey we share together.

• Communications & Transformation Guide (15 years) Leading a PR agency specialising in change management, I discovered how authentic communication catalyses profound organisational and personal transformation
• Space Holder Running a yoga centre in Heidelberg and serving as an ashram mentor and teacher in the French Alps, creating containers for collective healing and awakening
• Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer Level 1 (since 2009) and Level 2 (since 2014) trainer, guiding teachers to embody and share these teachings. Trained with Amrit Nam Sarovar
• Spiritual Mentor & Energy Worker Certified Universal Rays Healing Practitioner, Accredited teacher of The Master's Way, Path of the One Heart School, and Caretakers of Sacred Light Path with Ineasa Mabu Ishtar
• Wisdom Keeper Deep immersion in The Ancient Path of Knowledge with Chief Dancing Thunder, Advanced training in channeling, bridging divine wisdom for collective evolution

What else
My deepest inspiration
Originally from Germany, having lived in Brussels, Geneva, London, Munich, Heidelberg, Amsterdam, the French Alps and Berlin I now make my home in the South West of the Netherlands with my family—my partner, our grown-up daughter who lives in Amsterdam, and two cats who keep us entertained. You'll often find me with my knitting needles. I love how knitting brings things together, creating something from simple threads.
One of my deepest aspirations is still to live in a community where we truly learn to co-create with each other and with the Earth. This vision of conscious living together continues to inspire my work and personal journey.
